Fatima Al-Joker is the Chief Executive Officer of IBTE Global Network, leading the organization’s strategic vision to expand access to high-quality international education and foster global academic partnerships. With a strong focus on innovation and growth, she drives initiatives that align education with the evolving demands of industry and the global workforce.

Dr. Hebah Ibrahim Abu Kaf is the Head of Quality at IBTE and holds a Ph.D in Computer Scienc, specializing in Cybersecurity, from the University of Jordan. She has advanced expertise in computer networks, network security, cryptography, ethical hacking, computer forensics, databases, algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, programming for security, and Information Systems. Additionally, she possesses a deep understanding of e-learning courses and Machine Learning algorithms.

Abdallah Mohammad Al-Jarrah is a seasoned IT lecturer and educational technology specialist with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, and curriculum development. He holds expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, integrating hands-on learning and innovative methodologies into his courses.
Dr. Hadeel Al-Shaer
Head of Academic Affairs
Dr. Hadeel Alshaer serves as the Head of Academics at IBTE, bringing extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a Ph.D. from the University of Jordan. Her role encompasses not only academic leadership but also providing support for students at Levels 4 and 6. Dr. Alshaer's research focuses on several cutting-edge areas, including AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Character Recognition, Bioinformatics, and Medical Diagnosis.

Ms. Dua’a Al-Yasin serves as the Head of Student Affairs at IBTE, leading all student services and engagement initiatives. She brings strong expertise in student affairs, academic coordination, and executive administration, with over 9 years of experience in higher education institutions across the UAE. Her role includes overseeing student engagement, advising, records, graduation procedures, student activities, and overall university life experience. She works closely with students to create a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive environment that enhances both their academic and personal development.
